Copyright Policy for OTR Truck Parking

OTR Truck Parking respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement on our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide OTR Truck Parking's Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with OTR Truck Parking's Copyright Agent that includes the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material; and

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [insert location] and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notice is received by OTR Truck Parking's Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.

Repeat Infringers

OTR Truck Parking reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.

Changes to this Copyright Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to review the Copyright Policy periodically.
