Who We Are

In 2023, Andrew Jones and Matthew Weigand established OTR Parking. Andrew's professional background is in the self-storage industry, where he served as a mid-level executive at Extra Space Storage. He previously spent 6 years at Yardi Systems, Inc., where he first met Matthew. Andrew graduated with a B.A. in Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. Matthew's expertise lies in sales, having worked as a sales executive at Juniper Square. Prior to co-founding OTR, he gained ten years of experience in real estate technology sales. Matthew earned his B.A. from Santa Clara University and also worked with Andrew at Yardi Systems, Inc.

OTR Parking is building a network of paid, secure, and easily accessible contactless truck parking options at key locations along major freight corridors throughout the U.S. The goal of this initiative is to address the critical shortage of suitable parking options for truck drivers, which can lead to increased safety risks and inefficiencies in the transportation of goods. By providing reliable parking options, we aim to improve the overall logistics and transportation experience for truck drivers, while also promoting safety and efficiency on the roads.
